Waitlist description
These affordable units utilize Project-Based Vouchers (PBV). Project-based vouchers are assigned to the specific unit and not to the individual household. This means that if you move from the unit, you will not take the voucher with you unless you meet certain requirements.
This waitlist is for a Family Community, Evergreen Place Apartments, with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom unit openings in the 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) homes. These affordable units are only available to LIHTC-eligible households which does include applicants with Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers.
*All applicants must have income to be eligible and meet the minimum/maximum income eligibility criteria.
