Housing Choice Voucher Main Office

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Housing Specialist by collecting, processing, printing, verifying documentation and filing. The incumbent answers or refers questions and provides information in person and over the phone, respectfully listening and communicating to help resolve problems. This position performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of the HCV Program Department.

Housing Choice Voucher Main Office

The primary purpose of this position is to perform administrative tasks supporting TGHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV). The incumbent completes annual and interim recertifications in accordance with HUD regulatory requirements and TGHA standard operating procedures. This position ensures quality control in a range of HCV transactions and may recommend adjustments to Housing Assistance Payments, Utility Allowances, HUD Form 50058 submissions, and owner and/or tenant files.

Landlord Engagement Liaison Main Office

Summary
The primary objective of this role is to enhance accessibility to both private and public rental sectors for households under TGHA's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, with an emphasis on integrating these households into low-poverty neighborhoods that have previously been unattainable due to historical constraints. This will be achieved through close collaboration with Housing Specialists, coupled with the cultivation of sustainable, robust partnerships with landlords, thereby facilitating the surmounting of obstacles that perpetuate homelessness. A comprehensive understanding of rental real estate dynamics is essential for pinpointing enduring housing solutions across the region.


This role mandates a proactive approach to initiating, securing, and preserving relationships with landlords to ensure successful housing placements. As a Landlord Liaison, the incumbent will conduct educational sessions for landlords, staff, and program participants, focusing on available housing opportunities as well as delineating the rights and obligations of both tenants and landlords.

Serving as an integral component of the Public Housing Agency (PHA), the Landlord Liaison fosters a cooperative environment with all TGHA HCV initiatives, promoting an integrated approach to housing stability and community prosperity.

Maintenance All Locations

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the Authority’s housing sites and grounds by fulfilling work orders within specified time frames. The incumbent receives assignments that include but are not limited to: carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing, drywall, ground maintenance, and janitorial activities. This position periodically serves as an on-call worker for emergency calls, during periods when no one is scheduled to work, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Executive Main Office

The ideal CEO for this organization will be a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader, able to plan, direct, manage and oversee all staff activities and strategic operations of the organization and its related affiliates. Excellent communication and interpretation skills are necessary to build positive business relationships, a team-oriented working environment, and ensure that Board adopted strategies and goals are met. Must also establish and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and local municipal leaders.


A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in real estate development and finance or related field. Minimum of five years executive level leadership in a private or non-profit affordable housing development organization or property management company.
