Asset Management All Properties

The Greenville Housing Authority (TGHA) is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Leasing Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing communities. In this role, you will help ensure maximum occupancy, strong resident relations, and an overall positive living experience for our program participants.

As an essential frontline representative of TGHA, you will assist applicants and residents, conduct property inspections and showings, support move-ins and re-examinations, process documentation, generate work orders, and collaborate closely with our Property Managers to keep our communities running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team providing safe, stable, and affordable housing solutions and helping families thrive in our community.
