IMPORTANT – TGHA Office Reopening
Due to icy road conditions that remain in parts of Greenville, TGHA’s main office will open to the public on Tuesday, January 27 at noon.
We are working with staff to open all individual property offices as well, but some may still be closed Tuesday as we assess the situation.

Severe Weather Office Closure
Due to severe weather conditions, all TGHA offices will be closed on Monday, January 26th, 2026.
We will continue to monitor the conditions, and hope to reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so.

Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List is Closed!
TGHA has received numerous responses regarding the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) wait list. The HCV waitlist has officially closed as of November 8th, 2025. We will reach out to those who applied online in the coming weeks. Future HCV wait list openings will be posted on our TGHA website. Your patience is appreciated!
