Ridgeway Apartments is an elderly community, with 1-bedroom units.
All members of the family must be 62 years of age or older,
independent and qualify for the unit size.

FY2023 PHA Annual Agency Plan and Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement Public Notice
The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville’s 2023 Annual Agency Plan will be available for review and public comment as of November 23, 2022. The Greenville Housing Authority is now a Moving to Work agency under the landlord Incentives cohort. Our goal will be to implement various financial and administrative incentives to attract new landlords and retain current landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. During the public comment period, residents, participants, and members of the general public are invited to participate in a public meeting and to review the Annual Agency Plan and MTW Supplement.
Written comments will be accepted via email at [email protected] or in the public drop box at the address listed below through January 11, 2023. A virtual Public Hearing will be held on December 19, 2022, at 10:00 am via Zoom.
