The Housing Authority of the city of Greenville TGHA, provides the information below as a courtesy to property owners who have affordable rental units in the Greenville area. TGHA does not in any way endorse or recommend the rental of any property listed here and has not inspected or otherwise viewed the property. It is the sole responsibility of the voucher holder to connect with the property owner. Owners may have various requirements in terms of applicant screening for their property. Each owner is permitted to have their own screening criteria so long as it is consistent with fair housing regulations. TGHA has jurisdiction in Greenville County. Voucher holders should remember to review the payment standard provided at the time that their voucher was issued. Property owners should only list property that can meet housing quality standards and is expected to remain HQS compliant for at least the next 12 months.
